Since version 1.2, you can set the language you want to use in NetAnts by using the "View/Language" menu command.
All language files are put in the "Language" sub-directory of your NetAnts installation. The standard English version installation included 2 language files -- English and Simplified Chinese (GB2312). You can add your language by creating a new ini file, using existing ini file as a template.
